amandajean06 Posted December 18, 2015 #1 Share Posted December 18, 2015 Hi friends, On the Pride, are there any cabins or suites that offer a separate bedroom area? We are cruising with kids and wondering about the possibility of having the four of us in one room but with separate living room/couch sleepers and bedroom sleepers. Also, what are the differences between an Ocean Suite and a Grand Suite? Anything worth justifying the extra cost? Thanks in advance!
SadieN Posted December 18, 2015 #2 Share Posted December 18, 2015 Aft wraps on deck four have two rooms, but they only sleep 2. At the bow are several balcony connected to inside pairs.
swodog94 Posted December 18, 2015 #3 Share Posted December 18, 2015 An Ocean Suite is really just a balcony room with more space. Doesn't get you any added perks. Check out "Carnival Pride Ocean Suite 6172" on YouTube for an idea of what that looks like.
Katfncy Posted December 18, 2015 #4 Share Posted December 18, 2015 What about a Vista Suite. Check out 8273 AFT wrap Balcony. These have separate bedroom and living area.

I was trying to figure that out...is there an occupancy restriction of some kind? It didn't come up as an option for me online when I did a mock booking? We were in the same situation, 4 in one room so we would get connecting rooms. Which gives you more room, 2 TVs, bathroom etc. We found that this was the best and most enjoyable for all. Enjoy your trip!
itsuits Posted December 21, 2015 #8 Share Posted December 21, 2015 If you want the AFT wrap, and a Suite, and additional rooms, the Spirit class ships (Including the Pride) have connecting rooms on the VISTA Suites on DECK 4 Only. we have one on our Jan 3rd Cruise, I will take a video. We originally got the combo because: A: my wife and I love these rooms. B: we originally had a party of 5. C: even though we are now a party of 4, we are keeping the configuration. so we can have a two bedroom Suite with two bathrooms, and living room, and a big Balcony. I will post a vid, or pictures after I get back.
