Trying to be neutral here. Roach problem has not been officially disclosed. Gutting the galleys at the last minute could be a proactive move to keep Empress sailing longer than the average life expectancy of most Americans. Trying to put a positive spin on all of this.

I know you are right and I am probably over reacting but I just hate the thought of bug infestation. Maybe it is just a falsehood...hopefully.

I was being very sarcastic. I tend to believe the reports of roaches being a cause for cancellations are a factor. I am still keeping our booking on Empress in July. I have confidence that the unconfirmed reports of a roach issue will not be a factor by this time.
