You should have received an email telling you that the obc was approved, there is a phone number on that email that you need to contact.

We just call our PVP and it gets done over the phone.

My PVP was out. I did get approval from the form but there was a difference in what I thought I should have and got in OBC. Then I figured out the taxes went up $25 and price was less. Anyone else have that happen?

Yes, if the taxes went up, then you have to pay the new tax price. If taxes went up $25 then your obc would be $25 less than what you thought.

No. Your price would have stayed just as it was when you booked it.

No, your taxes would have remained the same.

 

This is one reason you should always check the taxes and port fees to see if they went up before you submit ES form. Once I had the price of the cruise go down $10 but the taxes went up $15, therefore I was not eligible for a price reduction.

Do a 'mock' booking and you'll see the total 'cruise rate' plus the 'taxes, fees & port expenses.'
