TXCrusier Posted October 4, 2005 #1 Share Posted October 4, 2005 My husband and I will be going on a cruise with my parents at the end of October. We will be making a stop in Nassau and I am looking for suggestions on what to do. My parents don't like to snorkel or swim and they are not big drinkers. I am leaning towards the "Nassau & Paradise Island Tour" or the "Nassau Sight seeing & Ardastra Gardens" with a stop at Atlantis on our own. This is my parents’ first cruise so and I want everything to go smoothly, so I am hesitant to book outside of the cruise line. Any recommendations would be much appreciated. Thanks. scubagirrl Posted October 4, 2005 #3 Share Posted October 4, 2005 I think your parents might enjoy the ardastra gardens and zoo. It's really quite nice and the marching flamingos are a hoot. You can head over to Atlantis Marina Village if you have time, or check out the casino. http://www.ardastra.com (don't be concern about the hurricane pictures, the zoo is back to normal and better than ever)
