Have you ever stayed in cat. OA oceanview cabin in bow of Breakaway?

Hi,

Thinking about booking cat. OA on Breakaway but can find very little posted and no pics. The descriptions sound great...picture window off bow with window seat with view like on bridge! However, the cabins seem to vary alot in shapes and sizes, so I'm wondering about their layouts. Also, if I book a cabin right next to the larger corner cabin, is there alot of noise that carries through? I've been looking at decks 11 and 12 mostly. If anyone has experience with one of these bow cabins, I'd love to hear about it! Thanks, and happy New Year!

We had cabin 9700 on the Breakaway in March. We loved the window seat and it was the quietest cabin that I have ever had. You can feel the movement of the boat more than mid-ship cabins. Deck 9 was a little low to have a good view from the large picture window. We booked OA guaranty and were happy with the large handicap accesible cabin we received.

Thanks, Dreamgirl. I noticed that the cabins in the front that ended in 100 all seemed a bit larger...they were next to the ones that are labeled handicap accessible. But none of them were available for the time period we needed to travel. So I have booked cabin 12104, hoping for a little better view being higher up. We love the motion of the ocean and a quiet cabin, so it sounds good to us. Thanks for the advice! Has anyone else been in one of these cabins?

I stayed in cabin 10702 on the Getaway. My video review link is below. It is a great cabin. Very quiet and comfortable! :)

Wow, Bob! That was a great video tour. I would imagine the Breakaway rooms are the same as the Getaway. I like the window seat and the arrangement of the bed and outlet plugs is perfect for my husband's cpap machine lol We usually have cords dragging on the floor and have to separate the beds to make it less hazardous. Thank you for sharing this!
