Bella, Fantastica, Aurea- Whats the Difference??

I found out about your new ship, the Seaside and I haven't been this excited about a new ship since Oasis. I will definitely be booking but I am new to MSC and have no idea what these distinctions mean.

If it helps, we plan to book the super family cabins for the 5 of us. Do you choose your cabin first, and then your experience? What is the difference??

Read the sticky "All info on experiences" it gives you the detail on the differneces. I may be wrong, but I don't think you can get super family cabins with Bella.

You book the cabin and experience at the same time as certain cabins are only available with cerrtain experiences.

The phone reservation specialist today said lines for dinner would be shorter for guests in Fantastica vs. Bella. Since I'm new to MSC, how does that work? Even if I'm booked with 6:00 dining, does that not mean I'll get the same table/waiter every night?

Also - what having the Black card help at all? In my group, we're Diamond/D+ from Royal so they are matching that to the black card.

If you booked traditional dining at 6 00 than you will get the same table and waiter every night.

Thanks all that replied. MSC will be a new experience for my family but from what I've seen, it looks like it will be a good fit. I've pretty much been on all the mainstream lines and don't really have any complaints. Most recently we have been sailing on NCL but they seem to add little fees here and there that are starting to get annoying. I just completed an application for MSC to join their Voyagers Club. Looks like they may give me the same status I have on Carnival. That's a nice perk. Once my membership is confirmed, then I will book the Seaside. Very excited.

I don't believe the black card has any impact on dining other than you get one free meal for you and one guest in the speciality restaurant.
