2016 Identity Captain, Hotel Director, Concierge, etc.

We are sailing on Breakaway in December for the third time... on our first cruise, we had Silas as CD and Scott as Assistant CD... they were the best.. Last Cruise on Breakaway, we had Dan Dan ... I heard many positive things, but I was not impressed. He was not engaging with passengers and he was not visible on a frequent basis. Any updates on Breakaway Captain and CD???

Captain Hilden is one of the captains of the Breakaway, but I don't know when he's on/off.

I posted this a couple of days ago and no one answered, does any one know who the officers are the Sun? I am leaving in 10 days and would like to know, if anyone has this information.

The only one I know is Hotel Director Brian Walters.

I know this from personal email contact in the last 72 hours, not from having been aboard.

 

There seems to be a growing trend on this thread for folks to post requests for current information befor sailing.

Then, they fail to post actual information after sailing.

Please help us break this cycle by posting all the names when you return home around Oct 15.

Mickie is Restaurant Mgr (heard from her) and we LOVE her!!!!

She told me that Hal Brooms is Exec Housekeeping - he's a favorite of ours.

 

I'm pretty sure Brian is still HD.

 

I'll report when I get Wifi.

We will not have it on the ship - wasn't available as a freebee when I bought this.

We got unlimited dining, beverages, and gratuities & some excursion credit.

It was an old plan not offered now.

 

We'll be onboard for 31 days, so I'll have plenty of time to report.

 

Oh, David Contreras told me that Carlos will be the concierge & he says Carlos is great.

I agree. He saw us eating in one of the MDRs and we waved to him. He remembered us from the M&G and he came over ands sat down and stayed for most of our meal. He has great stories of his travels - through out the US & everywhere else!

Exec Chef. Prejith Sukumaran - awesome and is always around checking on guests

Restaurant Mgr Michaels Mocan - also awesome and a favorite of ours

Exec Housekeeping Hal Broomes - another awesome officer who everyone should meet

CD. Roberto De Pasquale - seems to be around a lot. We haven't done activities but he seems nice

Guest Services Mgr Claudia Condurachi - met her briefly, but don't know her.

Beverage Mgr Windchester Barracks - met him and he seems very nice, but don't rally know him.

Group Services Coordinator Giannina Pedraza - not impressed - was not organized. Little help with Meet & Greet.

Casino Hostess - Carey Louis. Super nice and helpful.

Concierge Carlos Zarate. Friendly and very helpful. He is always everywhere.

 

Specialty Restaurants have awesome staff and Maitr'ds.
