Taxi bus from cruise terminal to east end marina

Help!

 

I have a large group wanting to charter over to the baths. Patouche is my first choice except for the drive to east end marina. Who has taken this drive? Can you please tell me your experience? With the recent celebrity accident, we are nervous about driving on the roads of Tortola.
