Do they still do White Night parties on Royal Caribbean ships?

Specifically Quantum class ships? I'll be on Ovation this year.

No idea about Quantum class ships, including Ovation. The only one on a cruise that I've been on that I can recall was on Oasis.

I have only experience the Hot white party on my 4 NCL cruises . There was a big 70's party on the Allure , but i am not sure if that was a white party

The '70s parties aren't whites parties. A whites party, by definition, is something completely different. On my Oasis cruise it was hold in the Solarium towards the end of the cruise.
