    We ahead a sailing before the Covid shut down that had 3 reductions before final payment.Had I not kept looking at the NCL site, she would not have known to contact me about it. It actually became a joke as we had 3 couples booked for this trip. I didn’t think she was going to answer the phone when she saw our number come up. Yet others tell me their TA was on top of things like this.

    We did a B2B that had stops in the 2 and 3rd choices. You will love 💕 which ever your chose. We went back and did the Holyland cruise two years ago that had Rome and some of Greece stops. Just a beautiful part of the world to see.

    I get the military appreciation 10% when i book for my husband and I .He is the veteran , yet it shows on my account on NCL. YOu need to sign up through ID.ME

    Sometimes it take awhile for them to get it right.,Especially when it is more than 20 days out.

    We aware wondering the same thing. There does not seem to be much information out yet.Casablanca reported feeling the tremors but not actual damage

    I strongly suggest you use a travel agent when dealing with MSC. The customer service is terrible . we be been on many cruises with MSC and dealing with that dept is terrible. Let an agent deal with the MSC craziness We always get a better with our agent as well. good Luck

    You will need to make. Reservation for the specialty dining venues. it is difficult to just wing it as reservation fill up quickly.We actually try to book before we embark

    Absolutely! We have done it in the past without a problem. We plan Lon doing it in Lisbon as well on our this upcoming cruise on the Star in November.

    You make your reservation either before. Embarkment or do it when you first board the shop. They have staff at all venues

    We did it on an Ncl cruise. It is a nice walk . Lots of see

    Well they have started to add more destinations to the offerings. we are going to Portugal and the Canary Island this fall. iThis is new.They are also making change if to other European and Mediterranean Cruise. I personally would like them to add more options for B2B for those itineraries.

    You can upgrade from the sail away rate. It appears to be a discount. In reality it isn’t once they add the gratitudes etc.

    Your RCL status can be matched on MSC. We were awarded their highest status before we even book the cruises . Good gimmick to draw passengers in for other cruise lines

    We used our OBC towards the purchase of CNC. On the Gateway in January.At first it appeared that they did not credit it but the next day they did use the OBC we already had.Seems to be no rhyme or reason to things on N L lately

    This weekend will be difficult to get to and from the port so plan extra time to get there.Poor timing of Spring break and a Music festival.

    I was on the Gateway in January and was able to get a Car Bomb as we watch the Giant game in O’Sheehan .

    Stuck in the sense that Del Rio is the CEO you cannot change that. we use different cruise lines depending on itinerary and cost.

    We are Saphire on NCL and. Diamond. on MSC. I think we get more for buck on MSC

    We refuse to use the NCL air program.We had an issue before Covid with their air fare program. we corrected it but it was a hassle.we now always book our own

    I agree 100%. Unfortunately, Kevin Sheehan has ventured out on his own .We are stuck with Del, Rio and his service reduction plan.Pay more get less.
