RuthlessBoss Posted January 7, 2016 #26 Share Posted January 7, 2016 I wonder which person is going to go on this paid for cruise:confused::confused: If hubby paid for it, he'll likely go. OP has not clarified anything except the friend feels she can't go financially.
txgranny Posted January 7, 2016 Author #27 Share Posted January 7, 2016 She paid for it, daughter can't go so she's going to take the loss, wish i could go but no vacation days
Schoifmom Posted January 7, 2016 #28 Share Posted January 7, 2016 She paid for it, daughter can't go so she's going to take the loss, wish i could go but no vacation days She should still go. Go as a solo, take some time for herself, and begin the healing process! Just treat hubby as a "no show."
smyliecruising Posted January 7, 2016 #29 Share Posted January 7, 2016 (edited) Ok she needs to just go. Cruise is paid for. It will make her feel better. My husband and I went on a cruise and spent no money after we got on board because we were broke as dirt! Does she not have a friend in her life that would go in her husbands spot?! It's not making sense to me.
asdjl Posted January 7, 2016 #31 Share Posted January 7, 2016 I think, if she goes, and the husband is a no show, she will get his port fees and taxes refunded. Is that enough to cover what she needs? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Athankfulheart Posted January 7, 2016 #32 Share Posted January 7, 2016 Invite a friend to go for the cost of the kennel/name change or drop the dogs off at the cheaters house.

There must be a bit more to the story holding her back, especially with the situation being new.

txgranny Posted January 7, 2016 Author #35 Share Posted January 7, 2016 Thanks for your replies but gas money to port, parking, tips for 7 day is just not in the cards. Plus we don't trust what he will do to the house as its her home so she has to get lawyer to start eviction process
asdjl Posted January 8, 2016 #36 Share Posted January 8, 2016 I get it, and I am sorry this is the case. I am sure not what was in her plan for that week. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
