Look into a Victor Bodden island tour. All Victor's tours stop by his place with the monkeys and other animals. The driver can also stop at a nice beach on the West bay and your 3yr old can play in the good sand and even wade in the ocean.

We're doing the Fun n Sun tour with Bodden & bringing our car seat, they don't have them available, but welcome them.

 

If you are docking at Mahogany Bay, the beach is in walking distance.
