Gem 2016 - excursions disappeared from NCL site

Booked in Haven on Gem in August 2016 sailing out of NYC with stops at Port Canaveral, GSC and Nassau. Up until two days ago whenever I signed into NCL there were about 63 excursions showing that we could choose from.

Today there are only 12 excursions showing?

Only thing that has changed is that I did call the excursion department day before yesterday and book a couple of excursions. But why would that now limit what I can see?

Hi Jenn,

It will not show you excursions that are the same time as the excursions you booked.

Annoying, I agree.

You will find that on MyNCL they only show the ones you have booked or those that you could still book.

If you want to see all for any port; go to ncl.com (don't login); "Plan Your Vacation"; "Shore Excursions"; scroll down and choose "Where would you like to go" (choose one) and "Which port city would you like" (choose one)

Hope this helps.

Thanks both!

I've booked a dolphin swim and it doesn't have a video but the slightly cheaper version of the excursion does. I've been showing our daughter the video. She has Down Syndrome and can have anxiety attacks if she is not well prepared for something, so the video is great. Can't see it when I'm signed in now though.

Will bookmark it when not signed in.

The weird thing is that for GSC I've booked a cabana for the day - so I guess they think we ALL just want to sit in that all day and do nothing else. Silly them!
