Need Advice !

We ard looking at the Adventure of the Seas and would like some information about the cabins on deck 7 on the hump. It says they are 163 sq ft which sounds a little tite. Also is there alot of noise from the stairs and elevators in front of those cabins. I know the elevators doors face on the opposite side ! Thanks
