NCL Dawn - What Dive Shop does NCL use in Belize?

Thinking about diving in Belize while on the Dawn.

 

The dive boat comes straight to the ship to pick you up.

 

Wanting a little more information on the Dive Shop, the island they take you to and etc.

I have dove with Hugh Parkey's off the RCCL Navigator. I really enjoyed the day, and having taken the tender from a ship into Belize City, I liked getting picked up from the ship by the dive boat.
