I believe this is possible but if the deposit at that time is no longer $25 dollars, you will have to pay up the full deposit amount. Also im sure final payment will have something to do with it.

Yes you can change your cruise. You are subject to whatever deposits are required at the time you change AND the perks you get now may or may not transfer to the new cruise unless Celebrity verifies you can transfer in WRITING.
