Dry docked Zenith?

There has been talk of Zenith being dry docked? Has anyone actually seen the headlines for this? If so what is being done to her exactly? New linens, rugs, etc???? Surely would like to know cause we are going to book a cruise to Bermuda for next October on her. Thanks for the input.

I would love to find out more information too as we will be on her in December. I've heard meanderings of stuff, but nothing definite.

She is going in for routine drydock at the end of October. They will be doing mechanical updates as well and interior. Nothing has been announced as they are no overhauling her, just doing mainantence that can not be done while in the water or with passenger aboard.

 

Celebrity does this every 2-3 years with their ships.

Thanks - that is what I figured, but didn't know if anyone had heard specifics (painting, new carpet, etc.) I'm a detail junkie, I can't help it. I agree, most cruise lines to dry dock their ships every few years and I knew it wasn't going to be a major overhaul.

I've heard she goes into drydock following the Oct 15 to 22 cruise to Bermuda. I've also heard there may be a repositioning cruise on Oct 22. Whatever the case, it's in that time frame.
