Snorkelers looking for a handicap accessible beach

Hi! We are good snorkelers and need a beach where one can enter the water and just start snorkeling. I have a bum foot at the moment and ladders are out. As much as Sunset House looks wonderful, I don't see access to water other than ladder. Steps would be ok. WE aren't big drinkers or eaters, just want a couple hours where we can camp out, snorkel and enjoy the sun, water, and warm weather. We leave at the beginning of February. Thanks!
