What is a President's Cruise?

In looking at CCL European cruises for 2017 I noticed one said that it was a "President's Cruise". What does that mean and as a CCL newbie - would it impact my cruise experience? Venues closed, etc. Is the food better then?

No, just a cruise where there are top executives for Celebrity on board. Would guess personally it would be more hassle than good, but others would welcome the opportunity to talk with them.

I really like the cruise ports look great - but have no interest in chatting with the important people. I was hoping to hear from someone who had been on such a cruise....
