What's your favorite (non-Alchemy) drink?

Hello Cruisers!

 

I will be going on my sixth cruise in about 4 1/2 weeks, and it will be the first time in a while that I've cruised without an Alchemy Bar. I just love the unique mixed drinks! I almost never order off the menu and the service is AMAZING.

 

So, here is my question: What are some of your favorite drinks that a non-alchemy bartender made? I love the classics (Kiss on the Lips, Spicy Chipotle Pineapple), but are there any awesome off-menu drinks I need to try? Or has anybody had experience with a bartender making them something that is their "signature" drink?

Twilight Zone, basically a piña colada with Curaçao, but they'll replace the Curaçao with Midori :)

I like both the chocolate martini (dark variety--I've heard of the clear one but haven't had a chance to try it) and the melon ball.

Not that a bartender has made this especially for me, or its unique, but I really enjoy the blue margaritas. I don't know why. I love regular margaritas, but something about this drink tells me I'm on a cruise and I love it!!

Kahlúa and milk with a, fresh banana blended together.
