Chartered vs regular

Hi all,

 

First post but I've been lurking and researching all I can here this past week. My wife and I are on the Divina next week for the "K-love Cruise". For those wondering, K-Love is a Contemporary Christian Music (CCM)Radio station that is hugely popular across the U.S.. They chartered the entire ship for this cruise and it's filled with some of the top CCM acts for nightly concerts. I'm just wondering how the ship will differ from a "normal" one. Will there still be the regular entertainers (hope so), will the bars and casino operate as normal, etc...

 

This is our first cruise and it was gifted to us so we are most definitely excited and filled with anticipation. On top of that we're in the YC in cabin 15030, a huge room for 2 people! From everything I've read and seen, it'll be hard to beat the experience in the future. Thanks to those who post here often and make this a great place to learn for us newbies! [emoji4]

The Bars and casino will run as normal as will the kids club.

 

As for entertainment: That can be tricky and will depend on the charter group.

 

I would say there is a good chance with the K-love group that very few if any "regular" musical entertainers would perform. Wouldn't count on having the "regular" ship performance in the theater either.

 

What entertainment may happen is during the day: the pool games, trivia contests and bingo.
