Columbia and Currency

Just wondering what people are doing when they stop in Columbia? Are you bringing there Pesos?

We were in Columbia last April and they are quite happy to accept USD believe me! If you have not arranged anything I cannot recommend Dora the Explorer any higher than the stars!

Not to be picky, but the country is Colombia, pronounced with a long "o" vowel sound.

Our private tour guide requested US dollars for payment of our tour. Restaurants wanted Colombian currency or credit cards.
