I heard that starting 2016 NCL was all inclusive. All the adds I see say Pick 1 of 4 with 1 of the picks being free drinks. Did the plan change?

Only the sky includes drinks

The only "all inclusive" ship is the Sky. And by all inclusive, they mean most drinks under $15 unless they are made with non included premium brands. (But unless you're super picky about your liquor, included options should be sufficient. Now wine, I'm not sure, but I can't drink wine (migraines), so I haven't looked into that part).

 

Because of the all inclusiveness, you don't get the free at sea promotion when you book the sky.
