Number of children on cruise in europe

With MSC policy of free children places does it mean there are lots when compared to other cruise lines.

For one, the child places are not really free, kids pay port taxes and charges which is €120 per child on a 7 day cruise.

Secondly, MSC being an Italian cruise line, where family values are a priority for them, yes you will find a lot of families and extended families travelling on MSC all year around - but more so in the summer.

If you wish to avoid kids, try P&O's adult only ships! Then again you will pay much more for that privilege!
