What to do in Marigot?

We will be docked in Philipsburg from 12:15 to 8 and I wanted to spend the time in Marigot. Is there enough to do to fill about 4-5 hours? I know if is not one of the days when the market is there, but I believe (from what I have read), there are stores and vendors selling things at other times as well. Thinking I would like to do more than just shop. Suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

If you walk up to the fort and back and do lunch and a stroll along the water front you should be fine for 4-5 hours in Marigot.
