Disembarkment from Philly???

I can't believe that I am thinking about the end of our cruise when it hasn't even started!! But, I was talking to my brother last night who is dropping us off and picking us up at the pier and I realized that I have no idea what time to tell him to get to Philly... he has about 2 1/2 drive and I don't want him waiting there for hours or us waiting. Can anybody tell me that approximate time that I should tell him to arrive? Also, if he is not there yet, how long will they let us wait before getting off. I am sure this has been answered before but I am hoping for a quick answer since I have so much packing to do!! Leaving Sunday!!!! Thanks!!
