Good review. I have some differing opinions on some bits, but that's just what they are...opinions.

 

Just one clarification regarding Cirque. You state that the premium seating comes with dinner. In fact, dinner is included for everyone, and I believe that this is how NCL has decided that they can charge a fee. It is because it is a dinner show, so you aren't paying for the entertainment as such.

 

Not saying I agree with it, and I'm one of the many who would be more likely to go to these shows if you could choose not to have the distraction and cost of the meal.

Hi, we are going on the Epic in April and doing the Italian coast. When you got off at the ports, did you have to go through any type of security, other than before you got off the ship?

 

What about coming back to the ship? Did you have to show your passport or just your ship card?
