Our daughter is pregnant which was a major shock to us as totally unplanned. Company rules state that a baby must be at least 6 months old to go on a cruise. We supplied a doctors letter and daughters booking deposit was refunded in full. Our full deposit was taken off another cruise. Great customer service from P&O and our high street travel agent. We always book select fares and pleased we had this time with the unforeseen circumstances. Looking forward to the new brochures for next year now ready for another family holiday. I do agree with some comments posted but have never had a bad experience on any of their ships. They have ensured that we remain as customers for the future.
