Gluten free pizza. Emerald

Was looking forward to gluten free pizza ever since I saw they had it here on the Emerald. Most everything has been pretty good here GF but sorry to say the pizza fell far short. YUCK. Sorry fellow celiac. This is not one of the winners

I tried GF pizza on the Grand. Topping was good but the crust was awful.

There are many foods that we have tried that are GF that taste like crap. :(

Pizza dough without gluten is not pizza dough.

Bummer we will be on the Coral to Alaska in June and my husband and son have Celiacs. I thought I had read somewhere some good reviews on their gf pizza.

 

I'm curious - do you need to order it in advance if you want it? I thought I also read somewhere you did? Maybe it won't matter if it's horrible....

20 minutes ahead was all I needed to order. Maybe if it was cooked longer,crispier? I don't know but it was not good.
