Transfers to Port of San Francisco?

We'll be flying into SF on 29 Oct. to join the NCL Spirit. If you have any suggestions about how to get to the port from the airport, we'd appreciate them.

Has anyone used an independent transfer/van company?

Thanks for your help,

I think a cab is going to be your best way to get to your ship. There are Supershuttles but I don't think they go to the port. The Cab will probably cost about $60. This is about what Mom and I paid when we went from home, which is not far from the airport, to the port of SF. The other option would be to take BART (BAY AREA RAPID TRANSIT) to the Embarcadero station in SF and then take a cab from there. There is a BART Station right at SFO in the International Terminal. Bart would be cheaper but difficult with a lot of luggage and if you are not in good Health. I hope this helped.

Hi Cruisegrl,

Thanks for the quick reply. I did find BayPorter.com and they are about the same price. They do use vans and since I have a travel scooter to load along with the luggage they might work out better than a regular cab. Does that make sense? The price they quoted is to Pier 35.
