Costa Magica 30 Oct Roll-call #2

It appears from the limited response that there aren't too many Americans on board. We live in Doha, Qatar (but originally from Moline, IL) and flying to Rome a couple of days early. We plan on leaving for the port from Rome around noonish on 30 Oct. We would rather get on board early and learn our way around. I think we are planning on doing most of the excursions on our own. If some fellow Americans want to get together on the boat that would be good.

 

We have requested early seating for dinner, but don't know yet. I guess the boat doesn't let you know until you get on the boat which seating you have?:confused:

 

Any feedback from the folks that just recently took the same boat would be appreciated.
