JABrown104 Posted January 31, 2016 #1 Share Posted January 31, 2016 Hello, On the dream do you have to put your keycard in the slot to keep the lights on? If yes, any "credit card" type will do, right? It doesn't have to be the room key?
TaDaaa! Posted January 31, 2016 #2 Share Posted January 31, 2016 (edited) Hello, On the dream do you have to put your keycard in the slot to keep the lights on? If yes, any "credit card" type will do, right? It doesn't have to be the room key? I don't know about whether this feature is specifically on the Dream but on any ship that has these slots, any card of the proper size will work. It does NOT have to be your S&S card. RaiderFaninNM Posted January 31, 2016 #4 Share Posted January 31, 2016 Was on the Dream last week and did not notice a card slot for the lights, just the standard switch.....

k2excursion Posted February 1, 2016 #6 Share Posted February 1, 2016 Thankfully, the Dream does not have that annoying thing. The 2 newest Carnival ships, Magic & Breeze, do have it. I have sailed those also, and we used folded up pieces of paper. We just left the paper in there, except for when the room steward would be coming by, as they would throw it away.
