This morning, around 11.50 a.m. local time, the s.s. ROTTERDAM has departed under tow from Gibraltar to Cadiz, where she will arrive later this day.

How appropriate that this major positive development occurs on our Thanksgiving Day, considering how well loved the Rotterdam (V) is by her many US passengers.

Thanks for the update, Willem.

Thursday evening November 24 the s.s. Rotterdam arrived in Cadiz after a very prosperous trip. Here she spent the night in the bay. Friday morning she docked in harbour where she will stay until December 10 when she enters drydock. In drydock the exterior of the ship will be restored.
