Any problems with Costa website lately?

Argh, just booked my Costa cruise, and haven't even been able to see it online yet. After I log in, I type in my booking number on the "personalize your cruise" box, and the "Loading" timer keeps going and going, until I finally get an error message that the system is not available at this time.

 

Is this happening to anyone else??

Just when you think all is going smoothly....

Yes, I have had a horrible time with the Costa website, and I received the same error message today also.

Before today, even though I have custom air booked through Costa, the website shows incorrect flight dates, times, destinations, etc. According to the Costa rep, their "technical staff" is working on these problems.

For a little peace of mind, contact Costa by phone, and verify your reservation with them.

I'm learning to not even log onto the Costa website, although seeing it there would add to the growing excitement!
