jimbug Posted October 8, 2005 #1 Share Posted October 8, 2005 Argh, just booked my Costa cruise, and haven't even been able to see it online yet. After I log in, I type in my booking number on the "personalize your cruise" box, and the "Loading" timer keeps going and going, until I finally get an error message that the system is not available at this time. Yes, I have had a horrible time with the Costa website, and I received the same error message today also. Before today, even though I have custom air booked through Costa, the website shows incorrect flight dates, times, destinations, etc. According to the Costa rep, their "technical staff" is working on these problems. For a little peace of mind, contact Costa by phone, and verify your reservation with them.
