Divina 2nd Language?

Most likely Spanish, from this continent. However, it depends on the cruise: once time there was a large group of Russians on board so there was a fair amount of Russian spoken. That could be the case on any cruise line. MSC does have more Europeans, but I think it's still generally a small portion of the passengers, and divided into many nationalities and languages.

 

The command crew speaks Italian, just like on every other ship. :D
