Upsell Verse Reg Number My observations

So until recently I had never heard of the upsell number, I had called the reg number in the past and once or twice been upgraded..

Today I called the upsell number and was told there was no upsells for my breakaway cruise on Feb 28th.. :(

So I took the chance and called the 1800 number and was given a balcony and OBC!! WOO HOO..

I am beyond excited.. Just wanted to share my info in case it helps others!

Were you upgraded because your original sailing date had a price drop and they were matching that by upgrading your cabin for free?
