Ive recently booked an all inclusive and it includes the select drinks package, I will be able to upgrade to the premium package once on board.

Yes we have the same - select, I think beer and wine up to $6 which is great for us as mainly beer and wine drinkers plus may top up with a bottle of vodka bought duty free in venice port shop.

With mine, we booked an outside room and got select but then upgraded to a balcony and got Premium.
