Stingrays, Turtles & Hell Plus Another Excursion

We are sailing the Conquest next month and are booked for a Carnival sponsored semi-submarine excursion that starts at 11:45 and ends at 12:45. We also want to fit in the stingrays, the turtle farm, and a short stop in Hell. Will there be enough time? Any suggestions on how to fit it all in?

How late are you there? The sub excursion takes a bite of time right out of the middle of the day, making it more difficult to plan other time consuming trips. My suggestion is to see if you can move the sub trip to later in the day, do stingray city in the morning and skip going to Hell and the Turtle Farm. Hell really isn't all that much, a post office, trinket stands, and very rough rocks all around. The turtle farm is just that, a farm that raises turtles, just as a pig farm raises pigs, and for the same reason, for meat. Sure, they do release some of the turtles out in the ocean, but that isn't the primary purpose of the farm.

I have been to Hell, turtle farm, and stingray city. Not all on the same cruise. Stingray city is really the best of the three. You have an opportunity to snorkel at 2 other reefs. I booked with Capt. Marvin. approved by AAA. It was only a few blocks from the pier and cost about 1/2 the price. Hope this helps.

Bruce-r is correct.

We went to visit and were shocked to see a sign next to the pools explaning all of products they get from the turtles. After four to five years most are "processed". So be prepared for the sign  next to the 3 - 4 year old pools.

It is worth visiting. They do have pools with rare protected turtles and pools where you can hold turtles.

Hell is a red building painted "Welcome to Hell", If you have to miss something this is it.
