vicocala Posted February 19, 2016 #1 Share Posted February 19, 2016 (edited) Ok, first MSC cruises so I'd like to get straight a few things that are different with MSC versus the other cruise lines. After boarding Divina I need to: 1) make my credit card "the card" for charges by visiting an ATM-like station and validate my sign and sail card. 2) Visit a bar or the casino to pick up drink and beverage vouchers. 3) Find the Maitre D' to make specialty dinner reservations for the week. I'm glad we don't sail till late. It appears there is lots to accomplish once I actually board. Is this all correct and is there any other "chores" I need to accomplish when boarding? Also, I am on a back to back, and should be able to re-board early for the second leg. Is there any pre-arranging for the that leg I can do on the first leg and are there any special items I can or should book using the advantage of first back on on that second leg? Thanks Edited February 19, 2016 by vicocala

vicocala Posted February 20, 2016 Author #3 Share Posted February 20, 2016 Oh, is that because the specialty dining areas are usually not full or is their another reason? What I read was that they do not take reservations before the cruise and see him/her on the ship.
