Connecting Cabin Doors - Magnetic?

Does anyone know if the connecting cabin doors are magnetic? We are booked in a connecting cabin stateroom with family members in the connecting cabin. We are planning to keep the connecting cabin door closed/locked most of the time but wanted to be able to leave notes on a dry erase type board on the connecting cabin door that way the occupants of both rooms would be able to leave notes for each other.

From my experience on NCL, yes they are. I have used magnets several times on the connecting doors. Have a great cruise!
