Kids attending the wedding ID?

I haven't been able to find this:

 

when filling out the guest list form for Carnival, what works for the kids if they don't have DL or passport? What if their BC or School ID does not have a number?

From what I have been told all they will need is a birth certificate. Any secondary identification that they have, School id...only needs to have a photo on it. For the Guest List I just put O for other and wrote birth certificate

I did the same as kfied. I put O and Birth certificate and left the number blank.
