Probably a thicko question. Where do we head for in Southampton to get into the Docks to get dropped off by friends at the Queen Elizabeth Terminal? Will they let our friends car right inside the Docks?

Head for Dock Gate 4 (the most easterly of the gates). Yes your friends will be able to drive right in and drop you off in the cruise terminal. Have a great cruise.
