What's the best day resort for NOT All-Inclusive?

We'll be doing plenty of eating and drinking on board, hoping for a great beach day in Cozumel.

 

Looking for a nice beach with chairs and shade (umbrellas, trees, etc), access to beverages and snacks if needed, swimming pool, etc. etc.

 

Beach/pool toys and activities are not needed. Price is important, including taxi fare and admittance.

A second vote for Paradise Beach. Only $3/person and includes your chair and use of pool.

We'll be in port with 6 ships and we don't arrive until 11:30. Will there still be space, or should we be looking somewhere else?

 

We also stay until 11:00 or so at night and are looking for evening activities near the port.
