Yes one charge per cabin, (not per person).

I have been booking it for two reasons. I cannot stand for more than 5/10 mins without incurring leg and back pain, so fttf, gets me a very short check in line, so I can avoid this pain. Also, since I cruise solo, I can go directly to my cabin and drop off my carryon. Then I am free to roam the ship unencumbered by heavy carryon baggage. Otherwise you would not gain access to your room until about 1.30pm. Another plus for me is debarkation, you can either get off early right after self assists, or wait till last call. It is your choice when to get off the ship on the final morning. More advantages of course, but these are my reasons. I suggest you try it once, and decide if it is worth it for you and your travel companions. It is not something that everyone feels is a good deal, but for me it is, for the above reasons.:)

forgot to mention, that you baggage should arrive at your room earlier than normal, mine has always been there by about 2pm or so. You can use the platinum/diamond/fttf line at guest services, which is often if not usually much shorter than the regular line. If your cruise goes to ports where you tender in from the ship, you will get some priority in getting the early tenders if you should wish. But it does not work the same getting back on, just from ship to shore. I'm sure there is something else that I have forgotton.

We always buy FTTF - you just need to buy one for the cabin, not per person.

I enjoy the perks it brings, and in comparison with what the standard group spends during the course of a cruise, fifty bucks isn't a lot in the grand scheme.

We arrived at Port Everglades on 2/14 for our Conquest sailing around 11:50am...we'd gotten through the security, check in and boarding process and were on board by *just* after 12:00. It was incredibly quick and efficient...we didn't even sit down and wait in the terminal as one usually does.

I really like getting the bags to our room ASAP. It allows us to unpack and have everything in its place before the muster drill - that way, after the drill we are ready to VACATION and have a great time without worrying about unpacking hours later, once we're already in fun mode.

Priority at guest services can be nice, especially at busy times... the line on Conquest was super long and snaking around the atrium at one point on our cruise.

For me, the $50 is worth it. If you're on a tight budget and don't mind waiting for things...your vacation will certainly not be ruined if you don't purchase it.

Yes it is worth it. Our last cruise I got it and another family we were traveling with did not. When we arrived at the Jacksonville port it was a madhouse. We went right though the line in 10 minutes, got onboard and went straight to our room. Luggage was already in the room. We changed into swimsuits and my son hit the water slide. He had it to himself for several hours. It took the other family an hour and a half to get through the line. We also had a tender port at half moon cay. We were on the first tender. It was so worth it. We leave on the Dream in 16 days and I purchased it for our upcoming cruise.

"Worth it" is definitely subjective. At $60 for me with a handful of kids, yes.

The big picture of the cruise cost doesn't change much for me.

Pros:

-Get on the ship as soon as I get to the port, regardless of time

-Access to the room once on board (HUGE for me)

-Priority Tender (also big with kids so we don't have to wait)

-Priority Guest Services...not huge for me....don't visit often

Cons:

$60 less for my next cruise.

It was definitely worth it for us on our last cruise. We normally check our bags because we don't want to haul them around while waiting for our cabin to be ready. This time we just carried our bags on, went straight to the room and unpacked and hung out on our balcony with a few drinks until we were underway. No crowds, no waiting for luggage, no having to search for a spot to perch on Lido.

When I took my first cruise, I ordered FTTF. Embarkation officially started at 12:30, but by the time we got to the terminal at 11:00, there was already a line to park. We got to the terminal to check in/go through security about noon. the terminal was filled with 200-300 people.

As soon as they saw our FTTF stickers, we were escorted to the front of the line, checked in (despite everyone in line's eyes throwing daggers at us)...we were on the boat by 12:15, our luggage was waiting for us outside our clean room and we had our first cocktail by 12:30.

Totally worth it, IMO. We'll be getting it every time we cruise.

I am sure you are just trying to be helpful  but the search function isn't always the greatest. When I see repeat threads I don't wish to again I simply go to the next.

Try the search function. This is one of the most talked about topics here. There is no need for an hourly "Is FTTF Worth It?" thread.

If I read correctly you have two tender ports (Belize/Grand Cayman) so you would get priority tender with FTTF. Overall this is a personal preference. We are platinum but my parents weren't and purchased this on a previous cruise so they could board close to us. They enjoyed the perk.

Is it worth it to get it? What are some pro's and con's of getting it? Also, Does everyone in cabin have to purchase it or do we only need to buy one? If it helps we are doing the Glory out of Miami June 4, 2016.:o

It always amazes me when people tell other posters to "try the search option", because they don't like seeing repetitive questions. I appreciate anyone answering questions on this board, even if they have been asked before, because things may have changed over time.

If you don't like the question, why not ignore it and move on?

Thank you for everyone who has responded, I am a newbie and

I will definitely look into the FTTF option!
