Regguy Posted February 25, 2016 #1 Share Posted February 25, 2016 We're booked for a cruise in one of the mini-suite cabins on Jade, and I notice they are directly below the great outdoors. I'm wondering how much of a problem this might be. It seems as though NCL puts an awful lot of premium cabins and suites on deck 11 even though there are many hotspots directly above on 12, but I'm curious in particular whether these aft cabins get noisy. roboclam Posted February 25, 2016 #2 Share Posted February 25, 2016 We were out on the Pearl (sister ship) last year in an aft facing mini suite on deck 11 and never once heard anything from the deck above us where the great outdoors is located...With the wake of the ship and the sound it makes, you won't hear much else...We found it mesmerizing and have booked another aft facing (suite this time) for our next cruise...Love aft facing, no wind, no noise nothing but peace...Have fun and enjoy... ricksurf Posted February 26, 2016 #4 Share Posted February 26, 2016 I stayed in the last 11th floor minisuite on the starboard side of the Jade recently. It's located under the Garden Court dining area just as you are ready to go outside to the terrace. There was no noise at all.
