Can't book online

I was able to get to the payment screen on an already booked cruise. I haven't tried a new one. If you're making a new booking it may be that the cabin was booked seconds before you attempted to pay. I've had this happen before and the website reverted back to the main page when this happened. Carnival's site has an internal timer and if the booking isn't complete within that time it will release the room back to the pool of available cabins

Is this a payment or deposit? If a payment, did you book thru a TA? If so, you'll have to use the TA. If a deposit I'd put a hold on the cabin and call it in.
