ATL_Miami_Cruiser Posted February 29, 2016 #2 Share Posted February 29, 2016 (edited) I was able to get to the payment screen on an already booked cruise. I haven't tried a new one. If you're making a new booking it may be that the cabin was booked seconds before you attempted to pay. I've had this happen before and the website reverted back to the main page when this happened. SadieN Posted February 29, 2016 #3 Share Posted February 29, 2016 (edited) Is this a payment or deposit? If a payment, did you book thru a TA? If so, you'll have to use the TA.
