Who to contact

I'll make this as brief as I can. I was on the 2/20 sailing of Adventure of the Seas. Before leaving San Juan, I was advised my nephew had passed away unexpectedly, at the age of 29. I was able to debark in St. Croix and fly home to be with family.

I want to contact RCI and let them know of the wonderful support, care and assistance I received from two individuals, Cleon in the Diamond Lounge and my room Steward Garnet. Unfortunately, I also want to let them know that Guest Services was near to useless and less than sympathetic or helpful. The manager on duty wouldn't even come out to talk with me.

Would appreciate any thoughts on who I should write to/contact.

Thanks.
