Post-cruise Flight from Barcelona to Rome

Extended family of 13 (4 adults, 5 seniors, 4 kids) on Norwegian Epic disembarking in Barcelona in early October 2016 (Sunday) and need advice.

 

Cruise itinerary says 5 am arrival in Barcelona port.

 

RyanAir has a special fare right now for BusinessPlus ( leaving BCN at 10:10 am - want to make sure this is do-able. The 1 pm flight is more than double the cost :eek:

 

What's the earliest flight time to Rome we should consider? I don't like the stress of moving a big group/luggage/etc., so want to err on the safe side...keeping in mind the (higher) cost relative to a later flight.

 

What airlines would you use/not use? Why?

 

Any other advice?
